JIMMY PAGE Says It's Not Very Likely There Will Be More LED ZEPPELIN Reunion Shows - Nov. 14, 2012
LED ZEPPELIN guitarist Jimmy Page says that "it looks very unlikely" the band will ever play again.

LED ZEPPELIN took the stage on December 10, 2007 to headline a tribute concert for dear friend and Atlantic Records founder Ahmet Ertegun. What followed was a two-hour-plus tour de force of the band's signature blues-infused rock 'n' roll that instantly became part of the legend of LED ZEPPELIN. Although 20 million people applied for tickets, the band's first headline show in 27 years was seen only by the 18,000 ticket holders who were fortunate enough to have secured seats through the worldwide lottery.

During an appearance on last night's (Tuesday, November 13) edition of BBC's television show "Later... With Jools Holland", Page said (see video below): "We're almost five years after the O2 concert and I must say I thought there might be some other get together for some reason or another but, as the years ticked by, it doesn't look very likely, does it? But [at least this gig] is there."

Page recently told NME.com it took two years before he and the rest of ZEPPELIN sat down to watch the footage of their 2007 reunion show, and another three years before it was ready for release. He said, "It was important that if we were going to do [a reunion] at all, that we went out there and did it properly. We put a lot of time and effort into it so that it would be what you're going to see now, which is just one show — that's all we did, no warm-up gigs, no follow-up. It wasn't designed to be a film at all. That's why it's taken a little while to come out, because we didn't even look at it for two years after we'd done it, so we could be a bit more objective about it."

The film of "Celebration Day" saw a worldwide theatrical release by Omniverse Vision on 1,500 screens in over 40 territories on October 17.

"Celebration Day" will then be available in multiple video and audio formats on November 19 from Swan Song/Atlantic Records.

They've made it pretty clear that it's not gonna happen. Why keep hounding the man?

out loud let"s put this to rest. Robert doesn't want to do it. He's never wanted to do it. He's left millions of dollars on the table. I have my theories. With that said I, like millions of other people am very disappointed. Thank God for the Plant and Page shows.

Jimmy Page looks like my grandpa. Props to the guy for not getting plastic surgery ever other week and dressing like a teenager.

That was always Zeppelin's motto anyway. They're really to old to do a full tour. I'm glad this concert took place and that they filmed it. Still without John Bonham...

the Coverdale Page project. I have a copy of one of the Japanese shows they did and it rocks. I asked my buddy who in this case had the final say about Coverdale Page. Thumbs up. He loved it. All he listens to is Zep and Hendrix. Bring it on Jimmy. Get out there and rock. We'll be there.

Due to Robert Plant making some hasty decisions. And no I don't want them to go out with another singer, even if it is LZ. Cause Plant is ultimate.

There will be no Led Zepplin reunion.
There will be no Pantera reunion.

Now shut up and stay frosty.

The crew could ditch the band and form L.E.D. Zeppelin. They could put on a hell of a light show.

^ That's basically Jason Bonham's Led Zeppelin Experience you describe.
