JASON BONHAM Interviewed On Baltimore's 100.7 THE BAY (Audio) - Nov. 20, 2012
Klug of the WZBA 100.7 The Bay radio station in Baltimore, Maryland recently conducted an interview with Jason Bonham (LED ZEPPELIN, JASON BONHAM'S LED ZEPPELIN EXPERIENCE). You can now listen to the chat in the YouTube clip below.

JASON BONHAM'S LED ZEPPELIN EXPERIENCE kicked off a tour last month in Napa, California. As on previous tours, Bonham and his band are sharing the unique history of LED ZEPPELIN through rock songs, video and light effects. The lineup features Bonham on drums, Tony Catania on guitar, Stephen Leblanc on keyboards/pedal-steel guitars, Dorian Heartsong on bass and James Dylan on lead vocals.

The show fulfills Bonham's life-long dream of performing alongside his father, ZEPPELIN's legendary late drummer, John Bonham via onstage clips. "We do '(When The) Levee Breaks' — which is a wonderful part of the show, which is one of my favorite parts of the show because I actually get to play with dad," Bonham told The Pulse Of Radio. "Like when I do 'Moby Dick'; it's a moment where I'm playing with my father. For people who weren't aware, but, we didn't have two drumkits in the house. So when I get to do this these days, it's really for the first time ever that we really get to play together, because we never did in real life. We never really actually got to experience that. And I'm reading articles on what my father had said, where he said, 'Y'know my son plays drums and I'd really love to have him play next to me at the Royal Albert Hall.'"

I bought the 2cd/2dvd bundle for 'Celebration Day' last night... Almost tear-inducingly great. Actually, it's just fucking great lol ;-D! Everyone: Jonesy, Pagey, Percy and Jason really brought what they had, and the show is genuinely magical. Ripping the cds into mp3s as I type this gibber gabber! You done yourself, your father and the band proud, Jason. Take Your Bows, Man. Peace.

The new Zeppelin Blu-ray and CD "Celebration Day" is going to satisfy even the most hardcore LZ fans, like myself. Balls to the wall clarity, power, and tightness..the attitude is there and it's probably the best home concert ever released, no bullshit. Close-ups of Page and Plant kicking ass, and especially JOHN PAUL JONES WAILING ON THE BASS (best bass player on the planet IMO) and keyboards with bass pedals to boot, will send every musician wimpering back to their rehearsal room, wishing they could play and write like these legends.
