AIRBOURNE Putting Finishing Touches On Third Album - Jan. 8, 2013

Australian hard rockers AIRBOURNE are putting the finishing touches on their third album at Armoury Studios in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada with producer Brian Howes (HINDER, DAUGHTRY, PUDDLE OF MUDD). The follow-up to 2010's "No Guts. No Glory." will be released this summer via Roadrunner Records.

AIRBOURNE was among the nominees in the "Best Hard Rock/Heavy Metal Album" category at the 2010 ARIA Awards (an annual awards night celebrating the Australian music industry, put on by the Australian Record Industry Association [ARIA]). (Note: The award eventually went to PARKWAY DRIVE.)

"No Guts. No Glory." sold around 6,000 copies in the United States in its first week of release to debut at position No. 89 on the Billboard 200 chart.

So far Airbourne has not disappointed. Bang out a album every year of so. Great brother band.

The first album is awesome, have only heard a few from no. 2. Really should check it out yet. Airbourne has a sick live show from what I know.
