Video: ROBERT PLANT Interviewed On Australia's '60 Minutes' - Feb. 17, 2013
LED ZEPPELIN singer Robert Plant was interviewed on the Australian edition of "60 Minutes" this weekend about his incredible career to promote dates with his new band, the SENSATIONAL SPACE SHIFTERS. The 16-minute segment can now be seen at this location.

The SENSATIONAL SPACE SHIFTERS are Plant's latest project, a loose band "inspired by the roots music of Mississippi, Appalachia, Gambia, Bristol and the foothills of Wolverhampton and drawing on influences collected in a lifetime of meander and journeying."

The tour kicks off at the Adelaide Entertainment Centre on Tuesday, March 26, then Sydney Entertainment Centre on Thursday, March 28, Melbourne's Rod Laver Arena on Wednesday, April 3 before finishing at Launceston's Silverdome on Friday, April 5.

In the video at 14:20, Plant says "I've got nothing to do in 2014" when asked about more Led Zeppelin activity. Let the speculation carry on for the rest of 2013!

And regarding that poster, I understand everyone ages, but don't you think it's a little disingenuous to use and image of him that is 40 years old?

That was the 1st time I've ever heard or heard of Plant making it seem as if he's considering a reunon.

Bullshit. Deep Purple could blow these guys off the stage in the 70's and today.

plant has done great on his own, all his albums have had great material on them. Pictures at 11 is my favorite and the last time i saw him in 2005 i was hoping he would play burning down one side, little by little, big log, heaven knows, the list goes on. The greatest frontman ever, charisma and the voice and songwriting abilities to back it up.

The word "reunion" should be banned from all music discussions, just filtered out. I'm fucking sick of it.

I dig Purple as much as the next guy but they were only really good for a short period of time (Machine Head, Burn, great albums) but even then, they were NO MATCH FOR LED ZEPPELIN, ask Blackmore. Not even close. The songwriting skills, the diversity, range, sonic innovation and production, improv skills, or pure talent and creativity. Zeppelin had ZERO FILLER. Purple? PLENTY OF FILLER OVER THE YEARS. Then there's the cool factor which Zep can not be touched. And as far as Deep Purple these days...don't make me laugh, a revolving door of musicians, no magic, no chemistry, mediocre material.

DP, zero filler, if you like Machine, I like In Rock and Fireball MUCH more than Machine Head...I love Led Zep, but DP has zero filler, and move on to Burn with Coverdale, such a great album that flies under the radar. you gotta listen. again, Zep is amazing, Im not trying to put that down, maybe my favorite all time, but DP is so killer, and as far as players, live, you could argue better. Blackmore being a slight tic above Page, technically. Many drummer would argue Paice is better than Bonham, he's that good.

Today, please. who cares. Both laid their legacy. What's Led Zep doing, nothing. If they still made record they'd have hit a wall like all the great. Judge them on their prime years. Zep I agree gets a slight nod, but for those not as into DP, I suggest checking it out. Fireball is is killer record, a to z. ZERO FILLER. come on klonozo, go behind Machine head. that's their Zep IV. There's so much more. Ask Blackmore(you think he'd give zep that credit you're crazy).
