ABSOLUTE STEEL Sign With BLACK LOTUS RECORDS
June 24, 2005Norwegian metallers ABSOLUTE STEEL have inked a deal with Greece's Black Lotus Records.
Formed in 1999, ABSOLUTE STEEL issued a self-financed demo and a single before getting picked up by the Norwegian label Edgerunner Records and releasing their debut album, "The Fair Bitch Project" in 2002. Following the release of their debut album, ABSOLUTE STEEL played numerous shows, gradually building a reputation with their unique performances, featuring heavy metal helmets, loads of pyros and strippers.
ABSOLUTE STEEL's second album, "WomaniZer", is scheduled for release this fall. A few months later, Black Lotus will re-master and re-release the band's debut CD.
