AC/DC Among Australia's Top Earners

Australian business magazine BRW reports that AC/DC earned 18 million Australian dollars (approximately $16 million) last year landing at No. 6 on BRW's annual Top 50 Entertainers list.

Making their debut on the list are Sydney rockers WOLFMOTHER, who come in at number 33 with earnings of AUD $2.3 million, based on strong album and concert ticket sales.

BRW's annual Top 10 Entertainers list (amounts are in AUD$):

01. THE WIGGLES - $50 million
02. Nicole Kidman - $35 million
03. Hugh Jackman - $30 million
04. Kylie Minogue - $27 million
05. Keith Urban - $26 million
06. AC/DC - $18 million
07. Cate Blanchett - $18 million
08. HI-5 - $16 million
09. James Wan and Leigh Whannell (creators of "Saw") - $15 million
10. Russell Crowe - $15 million
