AC/DC: Saskatchewan Concert Sold Out

April 18, 2009

DiscoverMooseJaw.com reports that tickets for AC/DC's August 24, 2009 concert at Mosaic Stadium in Regina, Saskatchewan, Canada went on sale this morning at 10 o'clock and though it hasn't been confirmed by Live Nation, all 38,000 of them appear to be sold out.

Tickets have already begun to pop up on resale sites such as Tickets Now and Stubhub far above the face value.

With scalping being a major issue at recent concerts in the province, Ticketmaster put up some new rules to help combat the problem such as forcing customers to bring the credit card they bought the tickets on, and photo ID to the show, and the entire group of ticket buyers must enter the stadium at the same time.

The concert will the Australian rock band's first in Saskatchewan since playing in Saskatoon nearly 20 years ago.
