AC/DC To Allow Legal Music Downloads
October 12, 2004Microsoft Corp. has struck up a deal with AC/DC, the seventh-best-selling band in the U.S., to allow its music be sold over the Internet exclusively via Microsoft's MSN Music service for one month. MSN Music offers a library of more than one million licensed tracks, and now the addition of four new European markets and four more coming soon will extend the global reach of MSN Music to 17 markets by the end of the month.
