AC/DC: Zürich Concert Postponed; More Munich Footage Available
March 29, 2009Tonight's (Sunday, March 29) AC/DC concert at Hallenstadion in Zürich, Switzerland has been postponed due to undisclosed "technical difficulties" that are not related to the venue. Swiss concert organizers Good News Productions have yet to announce a make-up date for the show.
The Zürich concert sold out in less than half an hour after tickets went on sale last October.

Dallas Morning News recently reported that Dallas Cowboys executive Stephen Jones told a crowd at the University of Texas at Arlington on March 10 that AC/DC was one of several musical acts the team was close to booking for a show at the Cowboys' new stadium in Arlington. Jones did not give a tentative date for the gig.
AC/DC's "Black Ice" was among the top-selling albums of 2008 globally, according to new figures from the London-based International Federation of the Phonographic Industry (IFPI),which represents the recording industry worldwide.
Two AC/DC tracks, "Shoot To Thrill" and "War Machine", are being used as theme songs for WrestleMania XXV, which takes place on April 5 at Reliant Stadium in Houston, Texas.
