ACEY SLADE: 'She Brings Down The Moon' Video Released

April 28, 2009

"She Brings Down the Moon", the new video from Acey Slade — former member of the MURDERDOLLS, DOPE and TRASHLIGHT VISION — can be viewed below. The clip was filmed in New York City by Sean Pierce (THEO AND THE SKY SCRAPERS, ex-TOILET BOYS) and is described as "epic and yet still gritty — a perfect match for a song that the same can be said of."

This Friday, May 1, Acey Slade will hold a special "Fiend and Fan Appreciation Show" at Trash in Brooklyn. His band takes the stage at 8:00 p.m. and there wil be free drinks from 8:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. Additionally, the group will play brand new songs as well as some gems from Acey's extensive catalog. This will also serve as a warm-up show for the "Burlace Beauty and Leg Show Review" tour that runs in the U.K. from May 13 to May 22.

The tour promises non-stop excitement all night long. Burlesque girls will dance between bands and at the end of the tour one winner will be picked and win £1000.00 in prizes from Hellmade Corsets, Susan Heidi Pin-up, Evil Needs clothing and Kreepsville 666 clothing. Support for the tour will come from PATCHWORK GRACE.

"I've always wanted to do a tour like this where there was something to entertain people thoughout the whole night," says Acey. "We will have guys rocking out and girls dancing all night. It's going too be a blast!"
