AEROSMITH, GODSMACK 'Fan Management' Company Files For Bankruptcy
January 5, 2004FansRULE, the official "fan management company" for AEROSMITH and GODSMACK (among others),has filed for Chapter 11, a procedure that allows a company to reorganize under the protection of the Federal Bankruptcy Court. FansRULE took this step so that "we could better serve and protect our commitments to fans, artists, artist management groups and employees," according to a post on its web site.
"FansRULE continues to operate as a business. We have taken this action to better serve and protect our commitments to fans, artists, artist management groups and employees. This is a reorganization to help strengthen the company in doing business and ensure that FansRULE continues to operate and grow. We are looking forward to a great year."
