AEROSMITH: Ontario Show Sold Out

July 12, 2007

According to The Sarnia Observer, 20,000 tickets have been purchased for AEROSMITH's show at the Rogers Sarnia Bayfest, set to take place July 19-22 in Sarnia, Ontario, Canada.

The only chance anyone has of buying an AEROSMITH ticket now is to get one of the few four-show passes still available, said organizer Michele Stokley.

Only two other bands have sold out before for Bayfest the TRAGICALLY HIP in 2004 and THE BARENAKED LADIES in 2003.

AEROSMITH's ability to sell out Bayfest may be linked to the fact the band has very few Canadian tour stops. When they arrive in Sarnia, they'll have just returned from Russia seven days earlier. After Bayfest, they move on to play in Charlottetown, P.E.I. And that's it for Canada as they head to California.
