AEROSMITH's PERRY, TYLER Interviewed On Tonight's 'Access Hollywood'

August 5, 2010

"Access Hollywood" caught up with AEROSMITH's Steven Tyler and Joe Perry backstage before the band's show in Irvine, California. Tune in to "Access Hollywood" on Thursday, August 5 at 7:30 p.m. EDT/PDT on NBC to get the latest details about the progress of AEROSMITH's tour straight from Steven and Joe.

As previously reported, Perry is once again unhappy with Tyler — this time for supposedly agreeing to be a judge on the new season of Fox's "American Idol". Tyler told TMZ.com that it was all but a done deal that he'd be one of the show's new hosts.

Perry told The Boston Herald that he's miffed at being excluded from Tyler's decision-making process, saying, "I found out on the Internet like the rest of the world. . . I mean, this is no small thing. I mean, after working with me for 40 years, he couldn't tell me about this .. . Why so secretive? We're told it's a done deal. If Steven is committed to a TV show, that kind of affects the rest of us. We'd like to plan our lives, ya know?"
