AFTER ALL Sign With Germany's DOCKYARD 1

February 10, 2005

Belgium's AFTER ALL have signed a multi-album deal with Dockyard 1, the new German company formed by Dirk Putzke, Christine Stephan (both ex-Sanctuary/Noise Records) and Piet Sielck (IRON SAVIOR). The CD version of the new AFTER ALL album, "The Vermin Breed", will be released on March 21. German label Killer Metal Records will release "The Vermin Breed" as a limited-edition pressing of 500 LPs on blue vinyl. The vinyl release will have exclusive artwork. Street date is March 21 as well.

The follow-up to 2002's "Mercury Rising", "The Vermin Breed" was recorded and mixed with veteran producer Harris Johns (VOIVOD, SODOM, KREATOR) at the Spiderhouse Studios in Berlin, Germany. "The Vermin Breed" CD contains nine new tracks and some bonus material. Several songs were already presented live during AFTER ALL's European touring campaigns with ANTHRAX and OVERKILL.

According to a posting on the group's web site, "The new record clearly displays the growth of the band, both live and in the studio. The musical direction AFTER ALL introduced on 'Mercury Rising' has now been finetuned. That makes 'The Vermin Breed' one sheer thrash attack. Be prepared..."

Following the release of "The Vermin Breed", AFTER ALL will embark on a European tour as special guests of U.S. masters of metal AGENT STEEL. The tour takes the bands to Holland, Belgium, Germany, Sweden, Switzerland, Italy and Austria, with stops at the Raise Your Fist and Keep It True festivals. A complete list of currently confirmed tour dates can be found at this location.
