AFTER FOREVER Utilizing Former ORPHANAGE Man For Current Tour
May 4, 2007Dutch female-fronted symphonic metal outfit AFTER FOREVER has recruited former ORPHANAGE frontman George Oosthoek to fill in for guitarist Sander Gommans, who is currently taking a break from touring activities under doctor's orders following "spells of vertigo and debilitating black-outs, followed or preceded by a migraine."
AFTER FOREVER is currently on the road as part of the Earthshaker Roadshock tour with FINNTROLL, TAROT, DIE APOKALYPTISCHEN REITER, MACHINE MEN and ALL ENDS. A 14-minute video clip of AFTER FOREVER performing in Hamburg, Germany on April 29 has been posted at Google Video.
As previously reported, AFTER FOREVER's "Energize Me" single has climbed from position No. 95 to No. 65 on the Dutch chart. The band's video for "Energize Me" has been posted online at YouTube.com. The clip was shot in February in Amsterdam, Holland. The "Energize Me" single was released on March 23, featuring the songs "Energize Me" (radio edit),"Energize Me" (album version),"Sweet Enclosure" (non-album track).
A short video clip of AFTER FOREVER performing the song "Who I Am" with Doro Pesch on April 17, 2007 at Tivoli in Utrecht, Holland has been posted online at YouTube.
AFTER FOREVER will embark on a North American tour in October.
