AFTER THE BURIAL Announces New Vocalist

November 18, 2008

Minnesota-based progressive metal/hardcore act AFTER THE BURIAL has announced the addition of vocalist Anthony Notarmaso to the group's ranks.

Commented the band: "After completing the Cleansing The Nation Tour with our longtime friend Anthony Notarmaso, it became very clear to us that he is exactly what we have been looking for. We are extremely happy to hit the road with our friends in BORN OF OSIRIS this month as our lineup is now complete. Writing new material with Anthony is already underway, and we are very excited for 2009."

AFTER THE BURIAL has just hit the road as part of the Progressive Damnation Tour with SHAI HULUD and the aforementioned BORN OF OSIRIS. The band received a full-page piece in the last issue of Decibel magazine that showcased the group's math metal dexterity, including its switch from seven- to eight-string guitars on AFTER THE BURIAL's latest album, "Rareform".
