AGUA DE ANNIQUE Confirmed For Holland's NOORDERSLAG Festival

Ex-THE GATHERING singer Anneke van Giersbergen, who now fronts her newly formed band AGUA DE ANNIQUE, has issued the following update:

"We [AGUA DE ANNIQUE] have done yet another weekend of shows and they again went very well. I am so happy and proud of all the people coming to see us and with the support comments and mails we get on our sites. Thank you all very much!

"There are some nice events coming up. Amongst our next weekend shows we will be supporting our friends of WITHIN TEMPTATION in Eindhoven. We are looking forward to it!

"Also we are in for a gig on the renowned Noorderslag festival in Groningen, Holland on January 12th. This will be a great start of 2008.

"The first summer festivals requests are coming in and I am writing new tunes.
We might play one or two of those in our upcoming live sets."
