ALICE COOPER's 'Eyes' Delayed

The U.S. release date of ALICE COOPER's new CD, "The Eyes of Alice Cooper" (Spitfire),has been pushed back one week to September 30. No reason was given for the delay.

In other news, Cooper recently told Launch that he thinks the best way for people to mark the 9/11 anniversary of the terror attacks on New York City and Washington, D.C. is by having a good time.

"You know, I would do everything — I would make that as all-American as the Fourth Of July," Cooper said. "I would do everything that the al-Qaeda tries to destroy about us. The whole idea behind the al-Qaeda was to upset our financial situation, to make us feel uneasy, to make us feel, sort of to make us feel vulnerable."

Cooper kicks off a tour in support of "The Eyes of Alice Cooper" in Huntsville, Alabama, on September 26.
