METALLICA's Kirk Hammett named "Awaken The Dreamers" as one of his 25 favorite albums of the past decade in a recent issue of Rolling Stone magazine.
Commented ALL SHALL PERISH drummer Matt Kuykendall: "Few times in this life do you get the chance to feel truly honored.
"METALLICA has influenced every one of us so damn much that to have this type of validation from Kirk on what we are doing with our lives is amazing.
"We put our so much of ourselves onto that record and really laid things on the line taking a chance with an 'experimental' record. For this to be the final note on the record's cycle, I don't think any of us could be happier.
"Thank you, Kirk."
"Awaken The Dreamers" sold just under 5,000 copies in the United States in its first week of release to enter The Billboard 200 chart at position No. 126. The follow-up to "The Price of Existence" was recorded once again at Castle Ultimate Studios in Oakland with producer Zack Ohren.
