ALL THAT REMAINS Announces Headlining Dates

February 25, 2009

Massachusetts quintet ALL THAT REMAINS, whose current single "Two Weeks" is climbing the charts at active rock radio, has confirmed two warm-up concerts prior to its headlining appearance at the New England Metal and Hardcore Festival in Worcester, Mass. on April 17. The dates are as follows:

April 14 - Higher Ground - Burlington, VT
April 15 - Lost Horizon - Syracuse, NY

These three shows mark the group's first American concerts in five months. The band will play additional dates throughout the spring, including the Rock on the Range festival in Columbus, Ohio in mid-May alongside MÖTLEY CRÜE, SLIPKNOT and three dozen others. They will also perform live at the inaugural Epiphone Revolver Golden Gods Awards at Club Nokia in Los Angeles on April 7.

ALL THAT REMAINS just completed a successful European co-headlining tour with THE HAUNTED and is currently touring Australia as part of the Soundwave Festival, which also features NINE INCH NAILS, ALICE IN CHAINS and LAMB OF GOD, among others. From there, the band will head to Japan to support DRAGONFORCE.

"Australia is fucking awesome," says vocalist Phil Labonte. "Everyone has told us over and over, 'Wait 'till you get to Australia. It's amazing — you're gonna love it!' They were right — it's amazing down here. The first show we played was in Brisbane, and as soon as I walked backstage to get ready, I heard people starting to chant 'ATR! ATR!' When you've never even played in a country and people are chanting for you before you play, there's no better feeling in the world."

The new ALL THAT REMAINS album, "Overcome", has already sold more than 127,000 copies in America since its September release — the group's third CD to cross the six-figure mark domestically.

The band's music video for "Two Weeks" — recently voted the second-best clip of 2008 by viewers of MTV2's "Headbangers Ball" — is now available for purchase on iTunes, as are the music videos for all of their prior releases.

Finland's HardcoreSounds.Net conducted an interview with ALL THAT REMAINS guitarist Mike Martin prior to the band's February 2, 2009 concert at Nosturi in Helsinki. Watch the nine-minute chat below. Also available is footage of the band performing the song "Become The Catalyst" at Nosturi.
