ALL THAT REMAINS: Another New Song Posted Online

September 8, 2008

Massachusetts metallers ALL THAT REMAINS have posted another new song, "Two Weeks", on their MySpace page. "This is the first time I've done a song that has singing from beginning to end," frontman Phil Labonte says. "It was something I had wanted to do for some time but ATR isn't gonna put out something half-assed and most of you guys know I'm always growing as a vocalist and we’re always growing and changing as a metal band. This feels right and it's not the same 'here's our all singing ballad' kind of thing; it's still metal as hell!"

"Two Weeks" comes off ALL THAT REMAINS' new album, "Overcome", which is scheduled to hit stores September 16 through Prosthetic Records. A video for the song will be filmed soon. In the meantime, the band's current clip for "Chiron", another track off "Overcome", will debut on MTV2's "Headbanger's Ball" September 20.

In another exciting bit of ALL THAT REMAINS news, the hit video game Rock Band will make three ALL THAT REMAINS tracks — two from "Overcome" ("Chiron" and "Two Weeks") and "This Calling" from the band's previous release, "The Fall of Ideals" — available for download for 99¢ each, Tuesday, September 9 — one week prior to the release of "Overcome".

Having recently wrapped up a stint on the Vans Warped Tour, ALL THAT REMAINS is kicking off a co-headlining tour with TRIVIUM Tuesday which will continue through mid-October before the band jumps aboard a full North American tour as direct support to IN FLAMES alongside GOJIRA and 36 CRAZYFISTS.
