ANAAL NATHRAKH: Tour Dates Announced
August 17, 2010U.K. extreme metallers ANAAL NATHRAKH have issued the following update:
"Owing to an unforeseen conjunction of circumstances, it suddenly became possible to arrange a short tour of various parts of Europe. So we attacked the opportunity. The dates join the previously arranged shows at the Meh Suff! and Damnation festivals, and the show with TRIPTYKON in Athens.
"Given the comparatively last-minute nature of the tour, we appreciate anything anyone can do to help get word around and make them all the memorable orgies of spit and hatred that they are destined to be. One or two may be added to this list, depending on availability.
"With the exception of Leeds, we have never played in any of these cities before and look forward hugely to the opportunity to destroy pieces of our souls for your entertainment."
The dates are as follows:
Sep. 10 - Meh Suff! Festival - Hüttikon, Switzerland
Sep. 24 - Baroeg - Rotterdam, Netherlands
Sep. 25 - Podium 't Beest - Goes, Netherlands
Sep. 26 - ExHaus - Trier, Germany
Sep. 29 - Matrix Klub - Prague, Czech Republic
Sep. 30 - Nová Pekáren - Nitra, Slovakia
Oct. 01 - Escape Metal Corner - Vienna, Austria
Oct. 03 - Kyttaro Live - Athens, Greece
Nov. 06 - Damnation Festival - Leeds, UK
ANAAL NATHRAKH's latest LP, "In The Constellation Of The Black Widow", was released in June 2009 via Candlelight Records. A limited-edition gatefold colored vinyl version of the effort was made available at the same time via Feto Records (the label run by NAPALM DEATH's Shane Embury and ANAAL NATHRAKH's Mick Kenney).
