ANDROMEDA Finish Recording New Album

Acclaimed Swedish prog-metal band ANDROMEDA have finished recording their third album and are expected to complete the mixing sessions for the CD by the end of March. The band, who were previously signed to Century Media Records, are currently negotiating with several labels.

In other news, ANDROMEDA have been confirmed for the ProgIstanbul 2005 festival, set to held April in Istanbul, Turkey. The band are also scheduled to play a shwo in Gothenburg, Sweden on March 24. More information will be made available soon.

As previously reported, ANDROMEDA recently had their debut album, "Extension of the Wish" (2001),re-released in Europe via New Hawen/Century Media. The new version features vocals by new singer David Fremberg, a new mix and two bonus tracks, previously only released in France by NTS. The title of the re-release is "Final Extension (Re-Release of 'Extension of the Wish')".
