ANIMALS AS LEADERS' 'Weightless' Cracks U.S. Top 100

"Weightless", the second full-length album from progressive instrumentalists ANIMALS AS LEADERS, sold 6,100 copies in the United States in its first week of release to land at position No. 92 on The Billboard 200 chart.

"Weightless" was released in North America on November 8, in mainland Europe on November 4 and in the U.K. on November 7 via Prosthetic Records. The CD was produced by drummer Navene Koperweis and his bandmates, and was mixed by guitarist Javier Reyes. The album marks the recording debut of Koperweis and Reyes with ANIMALS AS LEADERS.

"Weightless" is available on CD, MP3 and LP. The CD comes in a six-panel, plastic-free "eco-package," while the LP version is limited to 1,000 copies in a custom, die-cut, heavyweight Stoughton jacket with a download card. There are three color variations: 500 copies on 180-gram black wax, 400 on clear and 100 on "sea blue." There are also two exclusive T-shirts and a zip-up hooded sweatshirt, with a limited-edition screen print offered for those who purchase the "deluxe" bundle (both shirts and either an LP or CD).
