ANKLA To Release Debut Album In July

ANKLA, the Los Angeles-based band led by former PUYA guitarist Ramón Ortíz, will release their debut album, entitled "Steep Trails", on July 25 via Bieler Bros. Records. The CD will feature twelve tracks produced by Bob Marlette (SEETHER, ILL NINO, BLACK SABBATH). A song from the album, entitled "Deceit", is available for preview at this location.

ANKLA — which consists of Ortíz, Ikaro Stafford on vocals, José Clark on drums, Edgar González on bass and Oscar Santiago on percussion — has shared the stage with such bands as BRUJERIA, BODY COUNT, SIX FEET UNDER and HATEBREED, among others.
