ANTAGONIST Introduces New Guitarist

March 20, 2009

Since the fall release of its Prosthetic debut "Exist", produced by Fred Archambault (DEFTONES, AVENGED SEVENFOLD, ALICE COOPER),the Los Angeles-based ANTAGONIST has toured steadily throughout the western United States, and the band will continue to do so throughout the spring.

Lead shredder/vocalist Carlos Garcia recently provided the following update: "We'd like to thank everyone that came to see us on these last few tours of the Northwestern and Southwestern U.S. Now that we're back home, we have time to discuss the addition of a new member to the ANTAGONIST family, our new guitarist Roland Leonard! He's filled in for the last few tours, and he's done a fantastic job. Next time you're at one of our shows, please welcome him with open arms, like Steve Perry would want it!"

Upcoming ANTAGONIST dates:

Mar. 28 - The Red Cross - Whittier, CA
Apr. 12 - 418 Project - Santa Cruz, CA
Apr. 13 - Jerry's Pizza - Bakersfield, CA
Apr. 14 - Green Turtle - Whittier, CA
Apr. 15 - Cobalt Cafe - Canoga Park, CA
