ANTHRAX, FEAR FACTORY, HELLYEAH Mourn Loss Of Tour Manager/Soundman AARON DILKS

ANTHRAX, FEAR FACTORY and HELLYEAH are among the musicians who have posted touching tributes to Aaron Dilks, an extremely well-liked tour manager, soundman and former security guard to rock stars, who passed away last night.

HELLYEAH: "We received sad news today. Our friend and former tour manager Aaron Dilks passed away this morning. He was a great man and a legend amongst men and will be greatly missed. Our sympathy and condolences go out to his family and friends. R.I.P AA!! You are loved and will be greatly missed!!"

ANTHRAX: "The entire ANTHRAX camp is just devastated by the sudden loss of our tour manager/soundman Aaron Dilks who passed away last night. He was a wonderful man, we all cared greatly about him, and he made the band sound like a monster. He will be missed. Our thoughts are with his family."

Marty O'Brien (LITA FORD, GUS G., WE ARE THE FALLEN, TOMMY LEE, STATIC-X, DISTURBED): "RIP Aaron Dilks. Sad to hear we lost him today. The big 'Double A' had our backs on tour. Great tour manager, great human."

Amazing human great guy who always had our backs. I have gotten in some scraps on tour with security and he always had my back. I will miss you bro. The jokes and laughs we had from 20 years ago still ring in my head. Love you, brother! We will meet again. RIP."

FEAR FACTORY: "On behalf of FEAR FACTORY, we are deeply saddened by the loss of our good friend and comrade in arms, Aaron Dilks. He was our soundman and tour manager during the U.S./European/Australian tours of 'Demanufacture' and 'Digimortal'. He was a superb human being, and enjoyed every minute of his life, and we enjoyed experiencing the ride with him. He will be sorely missed. Farewell Aaron Dilks."

Sterling Winfield (producer; HELLYEAH, PANTERA): "Beyond saddened this morning to hear about the passing of Aaron Dilks. He was the first ever tour manager for HELLYEAH. He also worked with my boys in SEVENDUST and was a longtime security guy for JOURNEY, just to name a few. He was a truly great spirit and bright light. Please send your thoughts, prayers and good vibes to his wife and sweet little girl today as they deal with this awful tragedy. God's speed Double A! !! You will very much be missed my friend. Love ya!"
