ANTHRAX Guitarist And His Car

June 7, 2013

ANTHRAX guitarist Scott Ian is featured on Motor Trend's Celebrity Drive with his Lexus RX. Check out the interview and Ian's car at this location.

"I love my car," Scott says. "I've been driving a Lexus RX going on seven years now. I keep getting a new one. I don't have anything negative to say about my car. I got hooked on it around 2007, when I got my first one, and I just loved it right off the bat and leased it for three years and got a new one in 2010 and now a new one this year. I keep going back because I think it's a great car."

He adds: "I have enough to think about — I just don't ever want to have to think about my car. I'm sure there's a lot of good cars out there but I just happened to be driving this one because seven years ago I read some stuff about the Lexus RX and I went and test drove it and it was awesome. I didn't look any further than that. It tells me when it's time for service — the thing comes on in the dashboard on the little computer screen — so I bring it in and an hour later it's done. It just makes my life really easy."
