PUYA's sophomore effort for the MCA label, tentatively titled Union, was recently produced by GGGarth Richardson (KITTIE, SPINESHANK),and it is set to be released on May 15th.

The Europe-only digi-pak version of SEPULTURA's Nation CD will include the following five additional tracks not found on the regular CD:

01. 'Bela Lugosi's Dead' - A cover of a track originally done by BAUHAUS (one of the originators of goth rock).

02. 'Rise Above' - A cover of a track originally done by BLACK FLAG

03. 'Revolt' (demo) - A demo recording made early in the Nation songwriting process. It should be noted, however, that this is actually an early demo version of the Nation song 'Saga' and it has nothing in common (other than the title, obviously) with the track 'Revolt' that also appears on the album.

04. 'Roots Bloody Roots' - Recorded live during this past summer's Tattoo The Earth Festival.

05. 'Annihilation' - A cover version of a song originally done by the classic hardcore act CRUCIFIX, also featuring an appearance by ILL NINO vocalist Cristian Machado.

Cristian recently stated the following about the experience: 'I've always been a huge fan of SEPULTURA. They were the grounds and influences for much of the music I listen to today, so I was very excited to be part of that project.' The track 'Annihilation' is about the struggle with arms and weaponry manufacturing and how it effects the nature of humanity. Cristian adds, 'Growing up in South America, political conflicts and threats of violence is something I've always felt strongly about.'

TheSTART, featuring former HUMAN WASTE PROJECT frontwoman Aimee Echo, are due to release their The Label / Geffen Records debut Shakedown! on June 5th. Produced by Josh Abraham (COAL CHAMBER, ORGY, CRAZY TOWN),the album will contain the following cuts:

As previously reported, the group will be shooting a video shortly for the album's first single 'Gorgeous' with director Gregory Dark (DISTURBED, BRITNEY SPEARS) and will be shipping dance and club remixes of the track to radio at the end of the month.
