Production in 2001 will be limited to 100 instruments, and each guitar will include a certificate of authenticity signed by Kirk Hammett.

ESP is also releasing two new 'low-budget' Kirk model guitars. These are part of the LTD imprint:

Well, it now turns out that the store allegedly fired the employee / NINE INCH NAILS fan because the photo was Hot Topic property. 'After one of the employees somewhere in the country reported me to his/her manager, or it might be my own manager who is not to fond of me and/or my obsession with NIN, it went strait to corporate headquarters,' the former Hot Topic employee said. 'I was told that I'm (or anyone) not allowed to post any Hot Topic property because it could offend Trent Reznor and things pertaining to that person's choice to be publicly exposed. I personally think it's bullshit,' he added. 'So does everyone else I work with...'
