ARISE Revamp Lineup, Vow To Carry On

Swedish death/thrash metallers ARISE have parted ways with guitarist/vocalist Erik Ljungqvist and bassist Patrik Skoglow due to "differences in opinion." Three new members have already been recruited, and ARISE "will continue with full strength," according to a press release. "We can assure you that ARISE has never sounded better than now!"

ARISE's third album, entitled "The Beautiful New World", was released in April via Spinefarm Records. The follow-up to 2003's "Kings Of The Cloned Generation" was recorded at StudioMega in Bollebygd, Sweden and was produced by ARISE and Mr. Silver.
