ARSONISTS GET ALL THE GIRLS To Enter Studio In February

October 21, 2008

After a year of non-stop touring in support of "The Game Of Life", Santa Cruz, California-based progressive hardcore/death metallers ARSONISTS GET ALL THE GIRLS are preparing for one more run before hitting the studio to record a new slab of brutality. The band is set to hit the road with A LIFE ONCE LOST and THE TONY DANZA TAPDANCE EXTRAVAGANZA for two weeks of North American dates. Plans have also been announced for Century Media Records to re-release the band’s debut album, "Hits From The Bow", on January 27, 2009. The updated version of the album will feature new artwork and liner notes from the band with song explanations and more.

ARSONISTS GET ALL THE GIRLS have booked studio time to record the follow-up to "The Game Of Life", which will see release in mid-2009. The band has tapped Zack Ohren (AS BLOOD RUNS BLACK, ALL SHALL PERISH) to produce and will head into Castle Ultimate Studios in Oakland, California in February to begin recording.

Capital Chaos has posted video footage (see below) of ARSONISTS GET ALL THE GIRLS performing on June 21, 2008 at The Boardwalk in Orangevale, California. Also appearing on the bill were EMBRACE THE END, CARNIFEX, CONDUCTING FROM THE GRAVE, CATTLE DECAPITATION and BROADCAST THE NIGHTMARE.

ARSONISTS GET ALL THE GIRLS released its debut offering, "Hits From The Bow", on Process Records in 2006. They went on to tour the U.S. and shared the stage with bands such as THROUGH THE EYES OF THE DEAD, THE NUMBER 12 LOOKS LIKE YOU, ED GEIN and HEAVY HEAVY LOW LOW. The group previously described itself as "the derailment of a gay train on its way to straight town."

After signing with Century Media Records, ARSONISTS GET ALL THE GIRLS released a new record, "The Game Of Life", which was recorded with Zack Ohren of Castle Ultimate (ANIMOSITY, LIGHT THIS CITY).
