Eric Blair of "The Blairing Out With Eric Blair Show" conducted an interview with guitarist Nick Hipa of the San Diego metal band AS I LAY DYING at this past summer's Warped Tour. The 11-minute chat can be viewed below.

AS I LAY DYING was honored in the "Artist Of The Year" category at this year's San Diego Music Awards. The band also performed at the 18th annual awards ceremony, which was held September 17 in the beautiful outdoor setting of Viejas' Concerts in the Park.

AS I LAY DYING received a Grammy nomination in the "Best Metal Performance" category for "Nothing Left", the first single from the band's newest release, "An Ocean Between Us".
