Assault After DISTURBED Concert In New Zealand
September 11, 2008New Zealand's The Dominion Post reports that police are looking for a group of young men who attacked two others on the Wellington waterfront shortly after a DISTURBED concert.
Two men were assaulted around 11.30pm on Wednesday, police said.
They were attacked by three young men — thought to be aged between 17 and their early 20s — who punched and kicked them.
The victims were working on a charter boat that was berthed near the Waterloo Quay/Whitmore St traffic gates.
The attackers fled towards Wellington railway station, down Whitmore and Featherston St.
Police said the attack happened not long after the concert headlined by DISTURBED finished at the nearby TSB Arena.
