AT THE GATES' Chicago Concert To Be Streamed On YAHOO!

April 2, 2015

Currently on a very successful road trip across North America with CONVERGE, PALLBEARER and VALLENFYRE as part of the "Decibel Magazine Tour" and promoting their "At War With Reality" album, Swedish melodic death metal pioneers AT THE GATES have teamed up with Live Nation and Yahoo! to live-stream their April 6 concert live from Chicago, Illinois. This is one of 365 concerts to stream over a 12-month period on the Live Nation channel on Yahoo! Screen.

Fans can tune in on April 6 at 11:15 p.m. ET at this location.

Fans will also have the freedom to stream the concert wherever they are through Yahoo Screen on iOS, Android, mobile Web, desktop, and Smart TV platforms, including Apple TV, Roku and Xbox 360.

Also on April 6, AT THE GATES will release a very special split seven-inch EP (together with VOIVOD) to accompany the ongoing tour. The EP will feature the AT THE GATES bonus track "Language Of The Dead" from the "At War With Reality" sessions — previously unreleased on vinyl! — while VOIVOD contributes a new track, "We Are Connected". The EP is "double A-sided" (meaning, each band has their own, reversible front-cover side!) and comes with artwork created for both bands by VOIVOD's Michel "Away" Langevin.

The 7" EP is available in the following limited worldwide editions:

* 1,000 copies black vinyl
* 500 copies white vinyl
* 500 copies transparent red vinyl

"At War With Reality" was released on October 28, 2014 (one day earlier internationally) via Century Media. The CD, which sold 7,700 copies in the United States in its first week of release to debut at position No. 53 on The Billboard 200 chart, was recorded at Studio Fredman in Gothenburg and was mixed at Fascination Street Studios in Örebro, Sweden with Jens Bogren (OPETH, KATATONIA, SOILWORK, PARADISE LOST, KREATOR).
