AUDIOSLAVE: 'Revelations' Video Available

November 25, 2006

AUDIOSLAVE's video for the title track from its latest CD, "Revelations", has been posted online at VH1.com.

AUDIOSLAVE's "Revelations" sold 142,000 copies in the United States during its first week of release in September to land at No. 2 on The Billboard 200 chart. This is a sharp drop from the first-week performance of last year's "Out of Exile", which premiered with 263,000 units to debut at No. 1 on The Billboard 200 chart. "Revelations" has sold a total of 321,000 copies in the United States since its release, according to Nielsen SoundScan.

AUDIOSLAVE recently denied rumors that the band was breaking up, although it has not announced touring plans in support of the new CD. The group has hinted at hitting the road in early 2007.

Singer Chris Cornell is currently recording his second solo album for release next year. Cornell also recently recorded the title song for the new James Bond movie "Casino Royale", called "You Know My Name".
