AUGURY Guitarist's HUMANOID Project Schedules Quebec Dates

AUGURY guitarist Mathieu Marcotte's instrumental solo project HUMANOID will play the following shows:

Aug. 01 - Bar Le Rafiot - Val D'or, Quebec, CAN
Aug. 02 - Bar Le Rafiot - Val D'or, Quebec, CAN
Aug. 08 - Quai des brumes - Montreal, Quebec, CAN (with special guests)
Sep. 06 - El Paso - Rouyn-Noranda, Quebec, CAN

HUMANOID's debut album, "Remembering Universe", was released earlier in the year via Panoptic Records, a division of the Disconcert Music Company.

HUMANOID is an acoustic-space-metal concept with varied influences such as CYNIC, PINK FLOYD as well as OPETH and features guest appearances by Dominic "Forest" Lapointe (AUGURY, QUO VADIS, ATHERETIC) on fretless bass, ChaotH (UNEXPECT) on bass and Tommy McKinnon (NEURAXIS) on drums and percussion. The cover artwork (see below) is an original painting from Martin Lacroix (VENGEFUL, SPASME) and inner illustrations are from Michel "Away" Langevin (VOIVOD).
