AUTUMN TEARS Hard At Work On New CD
August 22, 2006Dark Symphonies recording artist AUTUMN TEARS is putting the finishing touches on the writing and recording process for its next release, entitled "The Hallowing".
After a decade of evolving, the band has finally shed its shell of neoclassical, darkwave and gothic sound, opting to pursue a more traditional classical and chamber music style. Drawing influences from such masters as Bach, Brahms, Hayden, Mahler and a host of others, AUTUMN TEARS boasts rich and diverse musical arrangements based on music theory and employs fully live instrumentation including a live string section, woodwinds, oboe, french horn and their trademark operatic vocals. Completion of the album is expected toward the end of the year.
AUTUMN TEARS' last release was 2004's "Eclipse".
