AXEL RUDI PELL: European Festival Appearances Announced

German guitarist AXEL RUDI PELL has lined up the following European summer festival appearances:

Jun. 24-25 - Balingen, GER - Bang Your Head
Jun. 24-25 - Dessel, BEL - Graspop Festival
Aug. 04-06 - Wacken, GER - Wacken Open Air

As previously reported, PELL will to record the next studio album in September/October for a January 2006 European release via SPV Records. A tour in support of the album will take place around March/April 2006.

AXEL RUDI PELL's most recent CD was a compilation album, "The Ballads III", available since last October through SPV. The album included all of the group's ballads since the release of "The Ballads II" and three songs recorded specially for this compilation: "Don't Say Goodbye" (a new Axel composition),a new acoustic version of "Forever Angel", and a cover version of RAINBOW's "The Temple of the King".
