AXEL RUDI PELL: New Album Sample Posted Online

June 9, 2006

German guitarist AXEL RUDI PELL's web site has been updated with the following message:

"The work on [the new AXEL RUDI PELL album] 'Mystica' now is completely finished, including the mix and the mastering! From now on you will have the chance to listen to some short song samples every week with another new song. We will start this week with 'Rock the Nation'." Check out the MP3 clip at this location.

Commented Axel: "'Rock The Nation' is a commercial song with a very catchy hookline and powerful chords. A true stadium rocker! I'm sure our audience will love this one and sing to it. A real radio 'hit!'"

Axel Rudi Pell married his longtime girlfriend Christina on May 5 in their hometown of Bochum. The party with over 130 guests took place at a nearby castle (Wasserschloss Kemnade) and lasted the entire night.

Commented Axel: "I'm very proud to announce that, during our weddding ceremony, I received a 'platinum award' from my record company SPV for more than 700,000 copies sold of my CDs! This only features the CDs and not the earlier vinyl issues. Thanks to all the fans around the world for believing in our music!"
