GUNS N' ROSES frontman and sole original member Axl Rose has released the following statement via Twitlonger.com, a related Twitter site where one can post messages longer than 140 characters:

"IMPORTANT NOTICE!!!

"There are NO new GUNS N' ROSES shows added to our current onsale itinerary dated as of February 25. This means NO SHOWS in Panama, Costa Rica or Guatemala regardless of ANYONE's claims or ticket sales. These dates or ANY additional dates anywhere other than those already previously announced and on sale before February 25 will NOT BE HONORED. There will be NO EXCEPTIONS until further notice here on this my personal Twitter account.

"If you have purchased tickets to ANY suggested new dates being offered after February 25, please contact your place of purchase for refunds.

"We apologize for any inconvenience."

Rose recently revealed via Twitter that GUNS N' ROSES is now managed by Doc McGhee, who has handled the careers of BON JOVI, MÖTLEY CRÜE and KISS throughout the years. GN'R recently parted ways with powerhouse manager Irving Azoff, who helped to get the band's 2008 album, "Chinese Democracy", finally released after a 15-year wait.

GUNS N' ROSES will next head to South America for another round of shows there. A full U.S. tour has yet to be announced.

Video footage of GUNS N' ROSES' second late-night secret show in a tiny private venue during New York Fashion Week — which took place at the Rose Bar in the wee hours of Valentine's Day night (February 14) in front of a celebrity-filled crowd of 150 people — can be viewed below. Photos of the concert are available at this location.
