AXL ROSE Signs Guitar For Fan In Toronto; Video Available

January 27, 2010

Video footage of GUNS N' ROSES frontman Axl Rose signing a guitar for a fan in Toronto, Ontario during the band's current Canadian tour can be viewed below.

GUNS N' ROSES have denied a report claiming that Axl Rose had banned Slash T-shirts from a recent concert in Canada. TMZ.com reported that the band's crew prevented fans from wearing the former guitarist's gear at their shows, including his signature top hot. But Rose's personal assistant son, Fernando Lebeis, said, "We did not advise any security to ban any sort of apparel. If they did, they did it on their own accord, or under someone else's order — from within their management." A supposed concert security guard told TMZ.com that he was told by a GUNS N' ROSES producer to ask fans to turn their Slash T-shirts inside out before entering the show, as well as ditch any other Slash paraphernalia.

Although it sounds unrealistic, TMZ.com reports that some fans actually turned around and went home.

The former bandmates have butted heads through the years. Rose has since called Slash "a cancer" in an interview with Spinner.
