BANG TANGO Announces Stand-In Guitarist For Upcoming Shows

BANG TANGO guitarist Alex Grossi (who has also played with QUIET RIOT, ADLER'S APPETITE and BEAUTIFUL CREATURES) will be taking a temporary leave of absence from the band in order to take part in a summer tour with ADLER'S APPETITE. His replacement is Scott LaFlamme (pictured below),who was born and raised in Springfield, Massachusetts. Scott's love of music surfaced during early childhood, beginning at 5 years of age and has transcended through years of devotion as both a performer and teacher. He is a talented individual whose playing ability is comprised of intricate musical theory and skill.

Grossi will return to the BANG TANGO camp in the fall/winter of 2010.

BANG TANGO's current lineup is rounded out by Joe Leste (lead vocals),Lance Eric (bass) and Trent Anderson (drums).

BANG TANGO entered the studio in January to begin recording its first studio album in almost five years. The CD is being produced and engineered by Larry Eleya.

BANG TANGO's last album, "From the Hip", was released in October 2006 via Perris Records. The CD was engineered by Scott "Goody" Goodwine (HATEBREED, FLOTSAM AND JETSAM) and was mixed by Taz (CHERRY ST., THE ADDICTIONS, SPINNING CHAIN).
