Benefit Concert For ROSE TATTOO Guitarist Scheduled For September

July 30, 2005

A benefit concert for ROSE TATTOO founding member and guitarist, Pete Wells, will be held on September 7 at the Enmore Theater in Sydney, Australia. Scheduled performers include JIMMY BARNES, DOC NEESON'S RED PHOENIX, THE ORIGINAL ANGELS BAND and NOISEWORKS. More details will be made available soon.

Wells was diagnosed with prostate cancer two years ago and has been undergoing treatment but has had to stand aside from touring with ROSE TATTOO until he recovers.

In other news, Pete's new solo album, "Mother's Worry", which he recorded with Lucy and Rob Grosser, will be released in the near future on Razor Blade Records. Pete also recently co-produced an album for Brisbane's ROBBERS DOG, "Only One Way to Rock", which features Pete adding his slide to the track "House Of Pain".
