BEYOND FLAMES Changes Names To MINDTECH

BEYOND FLAMES, the Norwegian band featuring CIRCUS MAXIMUS keyboardist Lasse Finbråten, has changed its name to MINDTECH. The group's debut album, "Elements of Warfare", is currently being recorded for a tentative October 31 release.

MINDTECH has received coverage in the Norwegian media due to the fact that the group features in its ranks professional boxer Thomas Hansvoll on guitar.

The band made its live debut at Smuget in Oslo on May 7 and is looking to do more shows once the CD has been released.

MINDTECH is currently unsigned, but is prepared to release its debut album through the group's own label if a suitable record deal has not been procured during the coming months.
