"Hangover Music Vol. VI" is mostly acoustic- and piano-based, much like Zakk's 1996 solo album "Book Of Shadows". Mike Inez (ALICE IN CHAINS, OZZY OSBOURNE),James Lomenzo (PRIDE & GLORY, WHITE LION),and J.D. all share bass duties on the album while John Tempesta (ROB ZOMBIE, TESTAMENT, EXODUS) makes a guest appearance on drums. Contrary to previous reports, Brian Tichy (OZZY OSBOURNE, BILLY IDOL) does not appear on the album.

"Hangover Music Vol. VI" marks BLACK LABEL SOCIETY's final album for Spitfire Records under the terms of the group's present agreement with the label.

In other news, Zakk will be attending and honoring Randy Rhoads on March 18 when Randy is scheduled to be inducted posthumously into Hollywood's Rockwalk, the sidewalk gallery on Sunset Boulevard. Rhoads' induction takes place at 1 p.m. and is open to the public.
