BLACK LIGHT BURNS To Appear On 'Underworld: Rise Of The Lycans' Soundtrack

Former LIMP BIZKIT and current MARILYN MANSON guitarist Wes Borland's BLACK LIGHT BURNS project has posted a new song entitled "I Want You To" on its MySpace page. The track will appear on the "Underworld: Rise of the Lycans" soundtrack and on the band's upcoming album.

Due in January 2009, "Underworld: Rise of the Lycans" is the third installment in the "Underworld" series. It is a prequel set prior to "Underworld" and "Underworld: Evolution", covering the origins of some characters.

BLACK LIGHT BURNS will hit the road in January and February with COMBICHRIST in the U.S. and Canada. According to Borland, "on this tour we will be trying out a lot of new material. That's right. Although there will be songs played off 'Cruel Melody' and 'Cover Your Heart', this tour is going to be primarily used as a proving ground for the new shit. It's been a long time and this band is far from over. We're all looking forward to hanging out and having a few laughs and drinks with some familiar faces as well! These shows are going to go off!"

I Am: Wolfpack, the record label headed by producer Ross Robinson's (KORN, SLIPKNOT, SEPULTURA, SOULFLY, LIMP BIZKIT) which released the first two albums from BLACK LIGHT BURNS, recently "threw in the towel," according to Borland.
