BLACK SABBATH, MOTÖRHEAD, ALICE IN CHAINS Honored At 'Metal Hammer Golden Gods'

BLACK SABBATH, MOTÖRHEAD and ALICE IN CHAINS are among the artists who were honored at this year's Metal Hammer Golden Gods, which took place earlier tonight (Monday, June 17) at London, England's Indigo2. In addition, the event featured live performances from MOTÖRHEAD, AIRBOURNE, FIVE FINGER DEATH PUNCH, COAL CHAMBER and PARADISE LOST.

"From honoring the lords of our world — BLACK SABBATH — and the crown princes of rock 'n' roll — MOTÖRHEAD — as well as today's most cutting-edge acts, there's simply no other event like it," said Alexander Milas, editor of Metal Hammer magazine, which organizes the annual awards.
