BLAZE Confirmed For Russia's LONG LIVE ROCK'N'ROLL Festival
July 16, 2002Britain's BLAZE, featuring former IRON MAIDEN/WOLFSBANE frontman Blaze Bayley, have been confirmed for the rescheduled Long Live Rock 'n' Roll open-air festival, which is set to take place at the All-Russian Exhibition Centre in Moscow, Russia on August 23-24. BLAZE will reportedly headline the first night, with three other acts scheduled to perform beforehand. Doors will open at 4:00 PM (Moscow time),and the capacity for the evening will be 7,000, increasing to 10,000 the following night. Other acts set to perform at the festival include THE GATHERING, PRIMAL FEAR, SAXON, CANDLEMASS, DORO and GLENN HUGHES, with more major acts yet to be confirmed.
