BLESSED DEATH: 'Long-Lost' Third Studio Album Sees Light Of Day

Long-defunct New Jersey thrashers BLESSED DEATH have released their "long-lost" third studio album via CDBaby.com. Entitled "Hour of Pain", the CD was recorded in 1991 and contains 11 songs. The track listing is as follows:

BLESSED DEATH released two albums in the mid-'80s — 1986's "Kill or Be Killed" (Megaforce) and 1988's "Destined for Extinction" (Roadrunner) — featuring a complex speed/thrash style that received some critical acclaim but ultimately failed to make a commercial dent. They were also cited by the BNR Metal Pages as the only band, metal or otherwise, that featured identical twins as a rhythm section.
